This textural beauty is incredible in bouquet-- I can't believe I only snapped one photo! Soft feathery petals in creamy ivory emerge from intricate buds. The blooms are perfect for filling gaps in bouquets, and adding abundant sparkle and texture.
I find Basket Flower similar in appearance to quilled China Asters, but Basket Flower offers rolling blooms all season, on incredibly long strong stems-- an improvement in my book! Growing to 6' tall, on stiff, upright plants, it is one of the few annual flowers that I find can be interplanted with dahlias to create a beautiful cottage garden look.
